Viktor Krum sketch from the Harry Potter books

When reading a book that really stokes the imagination, I find it’s fun to illustrate a scene or a character. My second reading of the Harry Potter series is again providing great images and characters to play with.

The brooding Viktor Krum from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling (to give due credit) was an intriguing character to me. Particularly the difference between the thin, sullen character of the book and the almost macho jock of the movie. This sketch is somewhere in between, cautiously entering the maze of the final task.
